Cancellation Policy

Confirmation text A text will be sent 72hr prior to your appointment. Please confirm your appointment and fallow the instructions requested of you. Please note the prices of each service are subject to change base in Length, Thickness, Density and Desired End Result. CANCELLATIONS Your appointment is very important to me, it is reserved especially for you. I understand schedule adjustments are necessary: therefore I respectfully require a 72hr notice for your cancellation. Cancellation past the 72hr mark will require a 50% of the cost which you scheduled for. Same day cancellations and NO CALL NO SHOWS will be a 100% of the cost. Should this happen again, it will prohibit you from booking with Wanderlust Hair Design. IF you are more than 10 min late past your appointment with no communication this falls under no call no show and your appointment may be cancelled and charged 100% of scheduled service. ADDITIONAL GUEST/KIDS Guests Please do not bring additional guest into the salon. To ensure the safety and sanitation of myself and other guests. Wanderlust Hair Design does not allow children or additional guest that do not have an appointment in the salon. RESPONDING Reminder, when I’m with a guest, I will be giving them my full attention. So please be patient with me when it comes to responding to texts and phone calls. My communication will be between 8-3 Monday-Saturday. This allows me to spend quality time with my family in the evenings and mornings. I do not offer refunds of any kind. If you have any issues after leaving the salon, you have 5 days to contact me to discuss your needs going forward. If passed the time period or the changes requested vary greatly upon what was agreed during the original consultation, this will be treated as a new appointment and will be charged accordingly. Please note I can not ensure colors if your at home products are purchased from ulta, Sally’s, and local drug stores. ** IT IS MY PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUG MY SALON.
